First Service - Very Positive Experience I brought our new Audi Q5 into the service department to get a determination as to whether a certain part should be replaced ; Jason McGinnis and Elli I brought our new Audi Q5 into the service department to get a determination as to whether a certain part should be replaced ; Jason McGinnis and Elliot Matos were involved in this decision and agreed that a new part was the best approach . Initially I was told that it would take 8-10 weeks for the delivery but after a couple of weeks Jason called to let me know that it came in and I could schedule an appointment ; Jason arranged for a loaner vehicle while our Audi was being serviced . In every respect this was a very positive experience and we thank both Jason and Elliot - I'd also like to mention that when I returned the loaner late in the day a young man and young lady helped me with the paperwork and I was on my way in a short time - unfortunately I don't remember their names but I would recognize them . No more SQUEAK :) I brought my 2016 Audi Q5 in for it's first service appointment. I was immediately taken care of by Liz (even though she was taking care of a previous I brought my 2016 Audi Q5 in for it's first service appointment. I was immediately taken care of by Liz (even though she was taking care of a previous customer) and set up with a loaner as soon as I stepped out of my car. I told them I had only one concern being that my brakes squeak in the cold weather when I initially start up the vehicle. The technicians were so thorough and although they had to keep my vehicle overnight I was able to pick it up the following afternoon squeak free! Everyone from the service advisor to the cashier and everyone inbetween were very professional, friendly, and informative. I actually walked out with a smile on my face; even after I paid :) More
