Excellent service My tire pressure light was on in my A6 TDI and one of the tires was quite low so I drove it to the service center at 9 am without calling in advance. They immediately arranged to check the tires, check a squeak in the break and get a quote from the body shop on replacing the side mirror that was cracked. They had me in a ride home minutes later. They called me 2 hours later, everything was done including the mirror (the part was available so they went ahead and repaired it) as well as the service that was due in 500 miles. They came and picked me up in the afternoon. Seamless and professional. More

I had been looking for one for a while and have been to a lot of dealerships. Hoffman won my business because of Adrian. First bad experience at Hoffman. Work that I had requested to be done never made it onto the work order so I had to return to the dealership twice. I was quoted a price of $880 plus tax for a heating fan replacement, but when I picked the car up it cost $1,200. My dashboard settings had all been reset to factory settings- Hoffman charges for concierge service prices and I feel attention to details like that should be included. Jason McGinnis has texted me to apologize for the mistake on the work order and has offered a free oil change to make up for the price difference in the fan, so that helps a bit. I will say that the young woman at the payment center was a delight and pleasant to deal with. More
