How would I want to be treated? Alex was my designated service consultant on my most recent visit. Alex, like all of the team, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to make my experience as positive as possible, Like going to a hospital, nobody wants to be there, and all we want is for everything to be fixed so they can get back to our normal routines. This service team understands that. Alex advised me when I dropped the car off that they didn't have any loaners. We all thought that if the service problems couldn't be resolved that day, then I'd pick up my car and reschedule that coming Monday. However, the diagnosis revealed a potential risk of the car shutting down (on the highway) if I drove it home. Since I knew there weren't any loaners available I started dialing the phone to reach out to friends to bum a ride up and down the highway. But Alex instinctively understood my problem. I also believe he understands the answer to the fundamental question of, how would I want to be treated if I were in their position? Of course I wasn't expecting any manna from heaven, but I was able to bum a ride from a friend, and just before we approached the highway ramp to 91N Alex called and said he had a loaner for me. So instead of heading north we headed east to the dealership. My friend is a very good friend, but deep inside we all prefer not to be burdened by other people's problems. In reality, Alex's call solved two people's problems. The point is this; you just can't beat that kind of service, nor can you put a price on it. Well done my friends, well done! More
Stacey Violette is AMAZING! Stacey from the beginning knew exactly what I wanted and in just one day, she found the car I wanted and had the paperwork right there ready to go. She told me when it would be in port and when it would be expected to be delivered. She is so knowledgeable, super fast in terms of getting back to you, will answer any questions, from yes/no's to long ridiculous ones. She gets things done and I have purchased many cars over the years from many dealerships across from the country and can with full confidence say, that Stacey is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. GO SEE HER FOR A NEW OR USED AUDI!! More

My longtime service advisor Jason McGinnis knows me and the car and is unfailingly courteous, friendly and efficient. We all know that dealer service tends to cost more than an independent garage. In the case of the service department at Hoffman Audi, the attention to detail and the willingness to help a one car family keep on the road in a safe well performing car is well worth it. More

Seamless lease of my 2016 Audi A4 with Steve Steve took his time to go over my options as far as leasing or purchasing. In the end, I felt more comfortable leasing a new car. Steve was professional and thorough in reviewing the features of my car. Steve even made sure my phone was paired to Bluetooth prior to driving off the lot. The entire team at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford was pleasant to work with and did not pressure me in the least. I do not have any complaints about my experience and plan to return once my lease is up for another vehicle. More
