For my very first visit, I was told my engine needed new pistons for an oil consumption problem I was having. He gave me a nice loaner and said, "Dont worry. Ill call you when its all set" I picked up my car later that week and havnt had a problem since. The oil level never dropped. Hoffman Audi is a no-nonsense service dept. Lastly I would like to commend Audi itself for standing behind their product and covering a repair like this under warranty. Thanks again! More
