He was funny, easy to work with, and helpful in putting me in to the best car for my lifestyle at a price I could easily work with. My new Audi Q5 I worked with Adrian who was great! Very friendly and available. However, the office where I ultimately signed all documents did not feel welcoming o I worked with Adrian who was great! Very friendly and available. However, the office where I ultimately signed all documents did not feel welcoming or best in class. There was an employee who leaned against the wall with his arms crossed overseeing the translations with myself and another employee. He was very nice, however it doesn't help the experience to feel like someone is watching and overseeing in that manner. Also, my terms were different than what Adrian and I discussed (72 months vs 75). This is something that shoulf be brought to the customers attention before you arrive, or at least before you're ushered into the finance office. More
