Hoffman Audi has been my go to dealership for about 10 years and they always take great care of me from the smallest service request to delivering a new vehicle and last night was no exception. It started with my call to Kevin Warner whose response was simply great. Mark Natter once again did an outstanding job from finding the exact car I was looking for to delivering a sharp-looking, well-detailed SQ5 in less than a week. The process was seamless, thorough and efficient. And dealing with Jackie Smith is always a pleasure especially when dealing with the mounds of paperwork you have to go through to get a new car. She is a great addition to the business management team and glad she handled my transaction.
