Service Excellence. Audi owner expectations exceeded. While traveling on Business through Connecticut I was unfortunate to have a tire blow out on my A7. It was Sunday night and halfway through my trip. While traveling on Business through Connecticut I was unfortunate to have a tire blow out on my A7. It was Sunday night and halfway through my trip. The Audi service had Hoffman as the closest. I took my chances on a busy Monday morning and just showed up unannounced at opening. From the second I arrived to when I left I was treated with the best customer service and my mind was at ease. Athena Lindquist was obviously trained extremely well but she also had a way of calming and making me feel like a long time customer. They went as far as to handle 2 other service needs above and beyond to ensure my safety on the hectic Connecticut roads. I would recommend this service center and dealership to anyone who not only loves their Audi but values good a true customer service experience after the sale. More
