Made an appointment to see a USED CAR(first visit) AND I LOVED the car with the exception of a few things that we agreed that Needed to be taken care of. Dani agreed to fix a few things and when I went to pick up the car,(second visit) they were not fixed. He said that it was too much money to fix the car and said they were not going to fix it. " someone will buy the car with a broken convertible top" is what he said.I asked for my deposit back when Frank stepped in and helped to make the situation better by agreeing to check out what was entailed with fixing the top and gave me a car for the weekend to drive until they found out what was wrong. That was nice of him. HOWEVER I received a phone call to close the deal before the end of the month ..I agreed to the stipulations, went to sign the papers made an appointment for 10:30 and THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SIGN PAPERS AFTER I TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK TO BE THERE..( Third visit) When the papers finally were ready,(fourth visit) they tacked on fees that Dani did not inform me about... Vin glass etching that the previous owner had already paid for? Incorrect loan information.. Too many surprises!! This dealership is dysfunctional. Apparently, clients that are not spending 50k or more are not worth their time in this dealership. I had heard many good things about this dealer..I was disappointed with this experience. I see many clients on a daily basis and will let them know about my experience at Hoffman. Being a business owner, I know first hand that small things such as spelling a persons name correctly on an email, following through with promises, and informing your clients of changes is of utmost importance. Mr Hoffman, driven by trust? I don't trust that I was treated fairly. It's obvious that management isn't educating their sales staff on key customer service skills needed to thrive in this economy. Buying my S5 from Hoffman was a pleasure. Dani made the initial presentation and told me about a wide range of Audi products. I went to Hoffman Audi just to take a look around, see what they had, and walked out with the car I wanted. Nate was amazing, just a really great guy. I wasn't being pushed or persuaded by him. He simply showed me the car, told me about it, let me take it on a comprehensive test drive and we sat down. I'm happy with the deal I got and I love the car. Would, and already have, recommend them to anyone. Especially younger buyers. One thing though, and not at all Nate's fault but, the paper work was pretty stressful. Especially since i'm a first time buyer, really took my mood down a notch or two. More
Went into the dealership to take a look at the Audi Q7 and went home with it the same day. Nate made the experience very simple and no nonsense since that is how I told him I like to do business. My wife and I went to Hoffman Audi just to take a look around and see what they had on the floor. We ran into our favorite salesman Nate Pekala and inquired about a few of the models that were on disaplay around and see what they had on the floor. I had some detailed questions and as always Nate was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After talking with Nate and test driving a couple of models with him, we avoided making a purchase that would have produced unhappy customers. Nate was awesome! He was extremely informative and found the exact car we wanted in a timely manner. Our daughter is a UMASS graduate and so is Nate so we really enjoyed exchanging stories with him about t the exact car we wanted in a timely manner. I purchased an Audi R8 V10 from Nate Pakala. I was not ready to purchase the R8 at that time, I wanted to do some research on the vehicle first. Outstanding car buying experience with Hoffman Audi!!! Mark Natter, my salesperson, was very personable and friendly and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. Because the car I wanted was in short Mark Natter, my salesperson, was very personable and friendly and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. Because the car I wanted was in short supply, Mark had to spend quite a bit of time trying to locate the car with the specs I wanted. He did an excellent job of communicating with me during the entire process and was very good with follow-up on any questions I had. Overall, a great experience working with Mark and Hoffman Audi!
