I worked with Stephanie, who coordinate on-line sales. She was fabulous, provided an excellent price and did everything she said she would. No surprises, no issues, just a great price and service. When we picked up the car, Patty took care of us and she extended the outstanding service and even picked my son up at the airport a week later, when he came to pick up the car. The guy, Jeff I think, was extremely rude and explained that it's illegal to give out info without proof of ownership. The new ign is from the junk yard. I told him that another Audi dealer said they would give me just the key since it's useless unless it's programmed. He told me that I should deal with them. I asked if he could give me the cut code. He blew up and says, "What don't you understand?! I can't give you any info. Stop asking" it was my last simple question and I explained that I was just wondering. He hung up on me. I was in the market to replace my existing SUV, but wanted to satisfy myself that I checked other brands before I simply replaced what I had. Went to Hoffman Audi and met my salesperson Mark Natter wh wanted to satisfy myself that I checked other brands before I simply replaced what I had. Went to Hoffman Audi and met my salesperson Mark Natter who showed me the Q5. I was impressed that he steered me towards the four cylinder first, instead of trying to immediately up-sell the 6 cylinder to me. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and all it had to offer. Once I decided to buy the car a few days later, I called Mark and asked if he would consider a trade-in. Terms were negotiated in a few hours in a friendly and professional manner. I felt the price on the new car and the trade-in were fair and reasonable. This is my first experience with this dealership and it was a positive one. Hope my service experience down the road is just as good. More

I am at a loss for words. I had to deal with some of the most uncouth, uneducated, non-customer oriented employees-and this at a luxury car dealership. What a shame. I figured the 4th of July would be a great time to purchase a car. My wife and I were going to head to Antigua for 2 weeks, but we put it off for the good car deals offered and to purchase an Audi we found locally at Hoffman Audi. I made a test drive appointment for 07/05/2013 on 07/03/2013. In fact, the pictures were so descriptive, that I was going to buy the car for the advertised price of $30,000. I withdrew $30,000 cash from my bank on 07/05/2013 and went on my to Hoffman Audi. At 10:08 AM, 07/05/2013, I received a phone call on my Iphone, but the caller hung up and did not leave a message. The phone number was Hoffman Audi. I checked my email on the phone, and my internet saleswoman stated that the car was "sold," and that my appointment was "cancelled." At this point I was halfway up to East Hartford, I called her back and told her that I had the cash in hand and even cancelled my 4th of July trip to Antigua to purchase this car. She stated that it was sold on 07/03/2013 after 6pm-at the time she left work., right after she sent me an email confirming my appointment for a "luxury" car test drive. But why did she send me a confirmation email at 7:45 PM that night, stating that the car was ready for me after the holiday, on 07/05/2013? She was still clearly at work, and I later found out from senior management that she had lied. Senior Mgt. failed to address my concerns or find me a car that would suit my needs. This is my very first experience with Audi. I thought that a luxury brand name and a top-rated dealership would treat new customers paying by cash-in full, in a much more refined manner. I saved all the emails that establish a timeline. These people lied to me and wasted my time and my vacation. I even called Audi USA to complain, and they wasted my time. "Audi-Driven By Trust." Present q5 with brake squeal issue; saying it's normal due to pad material is not acceptable. I would say it's defective pad material and should be fixed. I went to Hoffman Audi for an oil change. Usually I take my car to Valentini Audi but this one time I had a tight schedule in the Hartford area. I was shocked when I heard how much my oil change was . Hoffm my car to Valentini Audi but this one time I had a tight schedule in the Hartford area. I was shocked when I heard how much my oil change was . Hoffman Audi charges double of what Valentini Audi will charge and that is before taxes. What a rip off. It's an oil change, not a detail job. I will tell every Audi owner to make the trip to Watertown even if they live in Hartford. Seriously. I'm so dissapointed with this decision I made. I'm never going back to Hoffman again. I even called the service department at Valentini and let them know I made a huge mistake and let them know from here on , I'm loyal to them. More
My experience with Hoffman Audi was terrific. Luis was very friendly, informative and took his time with us. No pushy sales. My prior car was a Lexus from Hoffman as well, and we were very happy with th very friendly, informative and took his time with us. No pushy sales. Buying a luxury car, I'd expect a high end experience. It was far from it. I felt like I was at a used car dealer and the managers at this dealer were more interested in closing for the day than selling a ca was far from it. I was willing to pay cash and you'd think they'd do what hey could to get me to buy and they didn't. They wouldn't match another dealer and didn't even inspect my current car for a trade in (but quoted a lower than blue book value). Not only were they bad in service but vis their website and email. You'd think they'd want to match another dealer but were more than happy to see me walk. Wel, I walked and went to the other dealer the next day and made my deposit. More
