After researching and visiting other dealerships, we made an appointment to test drive a 2015 Q3 with a Hoffman representative - NOT Terrence. When we arrived for the test drive, we were initially informed that there were no Q3's available. We were frustrated and wanted to leave the dealership and not return. Terrence approached us and was professional, courteous, and calmly handled the situation getting a Q3 to look at immediately. We test drove the vehicle and Terrence was very knowledgeable and informative which lead to our purchase of the car. He kept us updated throughout the entire process of the car's travel from Germany to the dealership. Terrence test drove the car to ensure that everything was working properly and the car was given a full detail previous to our arrival. The transfer of ownership, familiarization of the car, and the overall delivery of the car were very impressive. In November of 2014, I bought a 2014 Audi s4 premium I’m taking the time out of my day to write this review for the Hoffman Auto Group in Hartford ct. In November of 2014, I bought a 2014 Audi s4 premium plus package from Josh Gomes. Now, not even talking about my car for a quick minute, I had been into the dealership a few times before this point, but I was coming out of my first car, which happened to be a Volvo. At 21 years old when a salesman see’s you walk through the door to “test drive”, a 60 thousand dollar German sports car you cant help but think, that “kid” is just here to drive a nice car and leave. When I walked through the doors at Hoffman, not only was I treated with world-class service, respect, and attentiveness, but also I was treated as family rather than a customer. Serving my country currently in the Army National Guard has shown me a few things one of which is being a good judge of character, and everyone on their facility, from the salesman, to the GM, to the mechanics, was ran at such a professional level, that I will never buy another automobile from another dealership. A nice car, you can buy from any of the one million dealerships in Connecticut, but I give you my word when I tell you, you will not be more impressed with the other 999,999 you walk into, that aren’t up to par with Hoffman dealership quality. Hoffman’s branded themselves with the quote “Hoffman, Driven By Trust” and they back that up 110% every time you pull on the lot, no matter what the case may be, or what the issue is, you will be taken care of. I will never drive another car that doesn’t come from Hoffman’s. More

As horrid as it can be to buy a car sometimes, I'd head back to Hoffman Audi on the next go around and would recommend Adrian and Drew to anyone in the future. More

I have always had great experiences with Hoffman and Adrian was no exception, he made the whole process very easy, he was persistent without being pushy and really made sure he found a color I would be happy with when inventory on the East Coast was quickly dwindling. Even though I had already owned a Q7 Adrian delivered the car to me as if I had never owned one, he showed me things I didn't even know the car had.
