Terrance's knowledge of the car and all its attributes, their willingness to work with me on a price and a fair trade and than the whole financing aspect of it was flawless and exceuted in a timely manner. Terrance spent considerable time with my wife explaining all the bells and whistles of the audi A3, they did a thorough detailing of the car and than we were off and on our way to our neighorhood ,where we drove up and down for several hours showing off the car. I highly reccomend that if your in the market for a new car Hoffman Audi should be your first stop. Though all the sales people are top knotch, make it a point to ask for Terrance and you can't go wrong. Lance Barret More

While I knew what to expect from the dealership in terms of service and customer experience, it was the first time dealing with our salesperson, Will Morales. Will was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car. Once we agreed to purchase the car, Will was responsive; following up on commitments. At delivery of the vehicle he was meticulous in making sure we knew how to access all the features. He followed a few days later to ensure everything was going smoothly. More
Really tested Hoffman and they delivered as expected When I first moved to CT I owned a Lexus. I needed to find a dealership to service my vehicle and Hoffman Lexus was awesome! Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them, they treated my as part of the family. Every time I did maintenance on my car I encountered exceptional service. So recently, I decided that I wanted to make the move to an Audi A3. Hoffman Audi was my first choice due to my experience with Hoffman Lexus, but I did have an existing lease which provided a challenge. I worked on a deal with Sylvester Evans, but ultimately realized that I wanted a different trim level. I came in on a Sunday worried about not being able to get my deposit back. General Sales Manager James Aiello quickly eased my worries. He stressed the importance of me getting the vehicle I wanted and stated that they were not there to steal my deposit. He gave my deposit back without hassle. A few weeks later, I reached out to thank Sylvester for his time and asked him to send me a quote for the trim level I wanted. He negotiated an incredible deal over email, which I feel is rare these days, as most dealerships want people to come in to the dealership to negotiate, so they can work their magic. I really pushed him for the deal and vehicle I wanted. He worked hard to get the numbers I wanted. I went to the dealership to close out the deal, but there was a problem with the numbers due to miscommunication. They ended up miscalculating and the new payment was higher than expected. I left without closing the deal and highly unsatisfied. Shortly, after I left the dealership, James reached out and apologized for the miscommunication. He stated that it was unacceptable and they would honor the initial monthly payment. Even at a loss to them! Trust me, I did the numbers, they had to pay for that mistake. I have my Audi A3 and I'm excited to be a part of the family. Hoffman Auto Group is a company with integrity and truly care about the customer experience. Even their Manager of Corporate Reputation reached out to me directly to apologize and make sure I was taken care of. She stressed the importance of customers to their company. Although I have not visited every Hoffman Auto Group dealership, I recommend any of them before visiting elsewhere. They are not your traditional trickster dealership out there to steal customers hard earned money. They want you to get the vehicle you want at the absolute best price they can do for you. As with me, if they can't hit your number they will keep trying. More

This is the second time we used the same sales person Adrian, and it was a pleasure to work with. He knew just what we needed in our new purchase. Since we are very familiar with the cars he spent time with us showing us the updates Audi has done to the vehicles. The paperwork process was seamless, between Adrian and the Finance team the closing was quick and efficient. I am sure we will return again to Hoffman for another Audi in the near future. Seamless My fiance and I drove 3 hours from New York to Hoffman Audi to meet with Will regarding a 2014 pre-owned Q5 that I had previewed on the internet. Whe My fiance and I drove 3 hours from New York to Hoffman Audi to meet with Will regarding a 2014 pre-owned Q5 that I had previewed on the internet. When we arrived, Will greeted us and gave us a few minutes to settle in prior to showing us the vehicle we had driven to see. Will took his time going over the pre-owned Q5, and then presented another option for us to consider. Will presented a brand new 2015 Q5 for only $1000 more with rebates and incentives. Obviously we thought for only a few minutes before deciding the latter was the smarter decision to go in. Will did mention that he was new to the dealership, but it was clear to us that he was not new to dealing with people. Will was down to earth and grounded, honest, respectful and kind. He allowed us to have fun with the transaction a little and made the experience rate just a touch higher than the dental visit I had initially compared car buying to. In all seriousness, this was probably my most pleasant car buying experience ever, and I would gladly recommend him and Hoffman Audi to friends and family. Will was clearly an ambitious, young gentleman that was, as I said, admittedly new to the dealership. If he continues to treat his customers in the manner we were treated that afternoon, he will no doubt be extremely successful. We had to wait a bit to do the final paperwork as the dealership was extremely busy on that Saturday and the finance person had a line of customers. However, when we did get in to see Drew White to finalize our purchase, I found him to be organized, meticulous and detailed. He was very clear with his explanations and also conscious of the time we had already spent at the dealership. I felt confidant that everything was in order and handled appropriately by him. Thank you Will, Drew and all of those we worked with at Hoffman Audi. I love my new car and will definitely be back in a few years! More
