Awesome service experience today I came to dealership without an apt this am as my tire was not holding air. Jackie smith helped me. Horrible buying experience, great car This should have been a very easy and quick sale. Hoffman is 2 1/2 hours from my home, so we agreed on pricing before I went The car, 2013 Audi A5 con This should have been a very easy and quick sale. Hoffman is 2 1/2 hours from my home, so we agreed on pricing before I went The car, 2013 Audi A5 convertible, would be detailed and ready to sell, I just needed to look at and drive the car and, if I liked it, we would drive it home. I saw and drove the car and loved it. First problem, they hadn't detailed the car and there were a some minor damages that needed to be fixed. They had an easy solution, they would fix the problems, then deliver the car, so that was fine. Second problem was more difficult, their ad for this car showed as a certified car, it had a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty. While I was there, they told me that was not true, the certification added 2 years to the original warranty which was 4 years, 50,000 miles and this car already had more than 43,000 miles on it, so the original warranty would expire well before the full 4 years. I asked them to honor the warranty that they advertised on that car and they refused so I left. I called them one week later and asked them to take an additional $500 off the car price instead of the warranty and they did, so we completed the purchase. On delivery, the salesman Dylan Bigge handed me a key case with one full key, an emergency key holder where the second key was supposed to be and a valet key and told me that was all of the keys that I was to get. That didn't sound right so, after he left, I looked up Audi's certification check list and it clearly showed 2 full keys plus the valet key as one of the first items on the check list. Additionally, the form said that customer signature was required and that customer gets a copy of the form, neither of which happened. I called him to let him know that about the 2 full keys and he said he would send another key which he did, I had to take it to an Audi dealer to get it programmed, wasted 2 more hours of my time, Hoffman paid for the reprogramming. However, it took 3 emails to get the certification form. I also left a voice mail for the sales director, Kevin Warriner, which he never returned. Between them falsely advertising the warranty and Dylan being dishonest and trying to deceive me about the keys and being so slow in getting the form to me, I lost all faith and trust in Hoffman, so I took my car to my mechanic to make sure that the certification work was actually done. He looked at some of the more important parts and was satisfied. All in all, I got a great car at a very good price, but far too much unnecessary aggravation and would never trust anything to do with this dealership More
Came in only looking for info about my next (5th) A-4. This is a great sales team that really has their act together. The car was in stock, just as I wanted it. I thought I'd have to pick up the new vehicle in few days, but I drove it home 90 minutes later, registered and insured on my current policy. These guys go the extra mile, to make you comfortable and to make it happen. Thanks once again. i keep telling my friends how quick and easy this transaction was. More

I was met by the sales man and treated to a great sales experience. I wasn't considering a lease, but was persuaded to consider it because of all the advantages of having a new car over a used one. I had a specific maximum monthly payment in mind that I was not prepared to exceed. The sales team worked hard to find me a deal within my range; not only did they get me the monthly payment I wanted, but they gave me more for my trade-in than expected, and exceeded my expectations on the car I could afford by a long way. I now have a brand new Audi S5, which will be my pride and joy for many years to come! More

never buy a car from them Worst experience ever. Bought a certified pre owned a4 two years ago. After I bought it, I realized it burned a quart of oil every 1000 miles. However Worst experience ever. Bought a certified pre owned a4 two years ago. After I bought it, I realized it burned a quart of oil every 1000 miles. However, the dealership told me that was normal. Recently, I saw there was a class action law suit towards oil consumption for my vehicle and audi settled to fix the issues. I brought my car in and Hoffman audi told me I'd have to pay out of pocket for it, even though they sold me the defective car that now burns a quart every 500 miles and there was a class action law suit about it. These guys will do anything to squeeze money from you and they are not an honest dealership. More
