Bulb replacement Had to have a headlight replaced. The bulb cost is under $5,00, however, installation of this bulb was $195.00. Is there something wrong here????? Had to have a headlight replaced. I could not not replace this bulb, but I can guarantee you that any other non essential bulbs that might need replacement will not be replaced. I would love to hear from Hoffman Audi on this matter. I have been a customer for over 20 years with Hoffman Audi, and to say that I am non plussed is putting it mildly. More

went in for an oil change and came out with a $1000 invoice I really enjoy the new text messaging system, that is very impressive. But I have to say that Hoffman has a genuine reputation as making the customer I really enjoy the new text messaging system, that is very impressive. But I have to say that Hoffman has a genuine reputation as making the customer pay dearly for their service. In addition to my oil change - a whopping $135 when you can go to any SpeedDee for less - became $1100 when my check engine light went on, and the cash register started to chime early and often. Maybe it's time to buy American and look back and say "Had my foreign car experience, and once is enough". More
