He even offered to stop at my home to program the garage door opener feature that I have not been able to activate - that is above and beyond in my book. Hit a pothol Once again I have been thoroughly impressed by the service received. Last Saturday I was on my way into Hartford to see a matinee play. Hit a pothole and killed my right front tire. Was able to limp to the dealership and both my sales person, Steve Stellar, and service manager, Robert Hlasyszyn did everything possible to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Robert laid out my options and as it turned out, they did have the correct tire to replace the flat and they did so very quickly. I obviously did not have an appointment but they did not care - they put my needs first and I really appreciate that. Thank you Steve and Robert! More
