Horrid customer service. Rude and condescending. We won't be back. My wife scheduled the service appointment 3 weeks ago. She said the girl hung-up on her. We have used for Hoehn intermittedly for servicing our 2000 Civic LX sedan and have been pleased with the service we receive. I say intermittedly because we have also used a local independent service prov 2000 Civic LX sedan and have been pleased with the service we receive. I say intermittedly because we have also used a local independent service provider, which we are unlikely to do any longer. On some recent service needs, Hoehn actually was significantly less expensive (and did less work) than the independent. And, importantly, the car now runs better than it has for some time. So I can recommend them. Good people that do good work. Like all dealers, you pay more than you would need to pay with a competent independent service operation; the trick is fining a COMPETENT independent service operation among the forest of incompetents. A good dealer like Hoehn saves one that problem. More

The salesman there had such an attitude. We were treated as though he was doing us a favor by letting us test drive their minivan. Such disgusting manors and behavior. Don't waste your time.
