Jesse and all of the staff were very friendly and my car was finished on time. It was obvious they care about customer service. They were very busy however I felt as though I was their only client. I was told it needed new brakes even though they were replaced only 20,000 miles before. Okay another $400 bill but that is not the worst of it. After a 2 hour wait, they drive my car up with the passenger seat all the way back and when it was put back up the back panel fell off. Clearly they broke the seat back. I was told they would take care of it, however, when I called back a week later I was told the manager had to look at it beforehand. I was inconvenienced by having to bring it back again waiting another 2 hours only to find out that they will let me know. Another week and I called and was told they had to order the part which would take a week. Two weeks later and 2 unreturned calls to the serviceman I called the parts department to find that the part was there for 2 weeks. Now I am told I have to take time off work to have it fixed so there mechanics can leave at 4PM. Gee I sure would hate for them to be inconvenced to fix the problem they caused in the first place. Worst customer service ever! More
The people at Hoehn Honda should be ashamed of themselves. My widowed elderly mother bought a new car from them shortly after my father died. She has been going in regularly for service and performing every recommended tune-up, including new filters and having her tires rotated. Now, after putting only 20,000 miles on a brand new set of tires they sold her, she was been told that the alignment has been off and her tires are ruined. They refused to prorate or give her any discount on a new set. After my sister went in and complained and they refused to do anything, my mother went to Firestone to purchase the tires. While there, they informed her that her filter has NEVER been changed! My mother has receipts from Honda verifying that they changed it multiple times. Sounds pretty fishy, so I started researching them on the Internet. It seems this company is charging for services that they do not perform. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am not the only one! Stay away from this business. Anyone who would take advantage of vulnerable consumers should be put out of business! More

We visited this dealer to test drive a new Honda. They required us to allow them to make a copy of our driver's license. I refused because of possible use for other reasons. The first sales person just wa required us to allow them to make a copy of our driver's license. I refused because of possible use for other reasons. The first sales person just walked away from us once we said we wouldn't allow them to make a copy. We continued to look at the cars on their lot and eventually another person came out to see if he could make a copy of license. He was very smooth, but we once again refused. This second sales person too just walked away, with a few sarcastic comments. We visited 3 other dealers for test drives; 2 didn't even ask to see our license and the 3rd did ask but didn't make a copy. More
This dealership is horrible. I've taken my 2000 Accord there several times, several years ago, and will never do it again. The first time, the service advisor tried to tell the technician to put the wrong there several times, several years ago, and will never do it again. The first time, the service advisor tried to tell the technician to put the wrong part on (starter), in front of me. Thankfully the technician refused (not sure if that can even be done, but to even suggest it is ridiculous). When I got the car back, the radio wasn't working, so I took it back, only to be told that was my problem. They didn't know where the radio code was and couldn't find it and wouldn't call Honda corporate to trouble shoot. I had to do all the work, then when I did, they told me I was lucky they didn't charge me to fix this. Come to find, it's something I can do myself and is only a matter of pressing a few buttons. I tried to go there another time and asked for shuttle service from Oceanside, and was told I would have to figure out if I was in their radius, and when I told them where I lived (several miles away in Oceanside) they told me they didn't know where that was and weren't responsible for using a map to find it. I have a need for repair again and am going to try Wesloh Honda in Capristrano and am hoping that I get better results. Most everyone I came into contact with at Hoehn was rude and not helpful at all. More
They didn't fix my car's problem. I complained to the general manager and he said they'd pick up the car and thoroughly investigate the problem. None of that happened. I drive a Honda S2000. The car was brought in to just repair interior pieces (soft top striker). I reset the trip B on the car to 0 before I brought it in. The work done on the interior was good, however the convertible top would not go down. My service adviser drove the car to the mechanic. As he fixed the top, the mechanic repeatedly and unnecessarily revved my engine (modified exhaust) over the course of a minute. No reason to do this, he was obviously the one out enjoying my sports car (I've worked at a car dealership, seen it a thousand times). My service adviser, John, was excellent and followed up with me routinely. The dealership even did some warranty work I expected to pay out of pocket. An otherwise great dealership experience was tarnished by an incompetent and irresponsible mechanic. I also purchased an oil filter from this dealership (about 40% more expensive than what you'd pay online). They gave me the wrong filter, causing me to go out to Autozone and purchase a non-oem filter in the middle of an oil-change (very frustrating). I returned to the dealership the next day and they replaced it with the correct part. More
