I have now been to this dealership twice. I actually bought my vehicle at another dealership and always had it dealer serviced there, however the customer service at "the other palce" was not up to par bought my vehicle at another dealership and always had it dealer serviced there, however the customer service at "the other palce" was not up to par in my opinion. I was fortunate enough to work with Jesse on both occasions at Hoen and I am blown away by the customer service he has provided. He went above and beyond meeting my expectations the last time my vehicle came in for brake pads and new tires. I went in with my fiancé and my little brother to lease a new car and Don was great to work with. He made us all feel comfortable and made looking at cars bearable.
