Now known as Audi Carlsbad. I must say this was another easy to do deal. I normally do my Audi deals with the big dog where I live in LA, but Donny is someone that I've corr I must say this was another easy to do deal. I normally do my Audi deals with the big dog where I live in LA, but Donny is someone that I've corresponded with over the last few years and recommend him whenever my San Diego/OC friends are looking to do an easy deal. He's a consummate professional- responsive, friendly, and more importantly- doesn't waste time. I messaged him looking for a very hard to spec vehicle- only 3 of them across the entire US. 1 in Nashville and 1 in Orlando. I had a deal in place at another dealer closer to home, but by the time AFS had verified some information on Loyalty Lease Cash that needed to occur during weekdays- that hard to come by model was sold. Once I confirmed Donny had the exact Q5 that I was looking for, he was able to get a deal done with minimal back and forth. He has a solid reputation and now, after doing our 1st deal together, I can see why he's successful. I was able to review the contract before I made the drive down to Carlsbad. We had a minor correction and I was able to sign the documents with Apple Pencil and some handwritten ones, process my old 2019 Q5 with them, and take delivery of my 2023 Q5 with Warm Weather and Black Optics. It's a beautiful looking car in Mythos Metallic Black with Black Interior. Nick in Finance and Lilly, sales manager closed the deal for us. I had previously opted for 3 year Audi Care and there were no attempted upsells. Everyone was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and will gladly consider doing deals with them again. Bonus: got free entertainment while signing documents- someone driving into service hit their hydrant and sent up a 35 foot while Christmas tree of water for over 40 minutes. More

They struggle to keep up the quality, service, and expectations we expect for an Audi. The staff has been the same since I owned my car for the past five years. Which could be good or bad. It all depends on their management and motivation. It would have been good if they kept their effort and care, but they could not care less. I booked my appointment more than 2.5 months earlier. Although other Audi dealers had only two weeks to wait, I thought I would stick with my home Audi service dealer. I requested a loaner at the appointment. I called, emailed, and texted the day before my appointment to confirm the loaner would be available at drop-off. I never got any communication back from Joey, my supposed service provider. Note I texted and emailed him within minutes of him texting and emailing to confirm my appointment. Today I go to drop my car off, and he tells me they do not have a loaner car for me and that they can provide me with a Lyft ride home. I do not know how a respected brand dealer service department expects their customers to accept a major 70K service in addition to 3 recall service preps that will take a couple of days without providing or making a loaner car available. If you don’t have Audi loaners, make other rentals available. This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. This service department is going down fast and in a hurry. All I have to tell you is to look at the reviews every good review is for the sales team, and every bad review is for the service department. Hint, go get your service done at at a different audio dealer. More

They kept it a week and fixed one of them. Got the car back and experienced a new problem. Took the car back with two problems - the original (unfixed), and the new one. They kept it another week and fixed nothing. Audi's technology has advanced beyond the ability of their dealers to diagnose and fix it. More

After experiencing the UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior of a service advisor at AUDI HOHEN, I reached out to the mgmt . After speaking on the phone with GENERAL MANAGER, TJ SAMHOURI, I found out that the unprofessional behavior does not stop with the service advisor! So I then decided to reach out to the corporate office via email. I was told that my email was forwarded to Mr. Hohen and an Executive general manager. After a couple of days I got an email from SEAN CONNOR, operations manager!!!! It was obvious he did not even look into what actually had happened and sent out a generic company letter, thanking me for my feedback instead of looking into the matter! I always thought the Hohen motors family was a Professional, trusted and a reputable dealership but to my DISAPOINTMENT that is NOT TRUE! More
Sold me a car they didn't have. Cancelled the deal next day Nice enough, but sad about the experience. I went in with a cash offer at full sticker price. Funny thing is that I signed a document in the Finance dept that was almost two feet long. In reading it, I asked Joel, the finance guy, about a provision that makes it a one way contract ie. I can't back out, but they can. He said "Yep". I guess that's why they put it in there. More

Great new A3 purchase experience I initially contacted Hoehn Audi via the internet trying to get an idea on price for a new A3. I considered looking into having the car transferred to Hoehn Audi in Temecula as I live in Murrieta, but Richard was so professional and helpful we drove to Carlsbad and made our purchase. Joel helped with the financing and paperwork. Overall a fantastic experience More
