First time service customer and will DEFINITELY be back! !! I brought my 24 Mazda 3 in for basically a second opinion on 2 issues I had wanting to make sure if they were indeed normal or not. My service advi !! I brought my 24 Mazda 3 in for basically a second opinion on 2 issues I had wanting to make sure if they were indeed normal or not. My service advisor Riley Morgan, was extremely friendly, listened to my concerns and was a wonderful person and a pleasure to talk with. He and I even looked at another Mazda 3 so I could show him 1 of the issues I was facing compared to my car. Riley even knew that something wasn’t right with the trunk lid. I explained that I went to another Mazda dealer to have the 2 issues looked at and was more less (in a nutshell) blown off with that dealer telling me that they were both “normal” and or “within tolerance”. Issue 1) Passenger front corner of the trunk deck lid was not flush with the passenger rear fender. Issue 2) Felt a slight jerk while cruising at odd number speeds (47mph for example). Riley had their master technician Steve look at both issues and while yes the transmission was definitely operating correctly, the trunk deck lid was not normal. When my car was ready, Riley informed me that Steve was in fact able to correct the issue with the trunk deck lid. I left Hodges Mazda extremely happy, knowing that my issues were resolved and 1 of them actually was fixed. I told Riley that I would again be DEFINITELY coming to Hodges Mazda from here on out to have my car serviced. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH RILEY!!!! You made my vehicle experience that much better!!! More
