Installed Navigation I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 and had them install navigation. I showed up at the time of my scheduled appointment. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 and had them install navigation. I showed up at the time of my scheduled appointment. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to help me but they were friendly and attentive. They had my navigation installed in 30 minutes and I was on the road. I was very pleased at how efficient they were and the quality of work was great. More

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP This dealership should have a 10 STAR rating! The engine of my Mazda CX5 was attacked by an unknown "critter". What ever it was LITERALLY did massive This dealership should have a 10 STAR rating! The engine of my Mazda CX5 was attacked by an unknown "critter". What ever it was LITERALLY did massive damage. This dealership has to replace the main wiring harness plus other goodies on my SUV. Meaning they pretty much had to disassemble my engine. They handled the entire situation with such thoughtful consideration, attention to detail, working with my insurance company, keeping me updated on how it was going. I can't recommend them highly enough. You can buy a car anywhere BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE keeps you going! THANKS GUYS! You're the BEST. More

Oil Change I set up an appointment for 7:30 am on Thursday, 10/23/24 to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was greeted by Torben Reichhardt at the door I set up an appointment for 7:30 am on Thursday, 10/23/24 to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was greeted by Torben Reichhardt at the door, who welcomed me to Duval Mazda. My vehicle was ready by 8:35 am and I was on my way. My vehicle was already clean and did not require a complementary car wash but he did offer to have it vacuumed. When my vehicle was ready, Sandy West had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was on my way. Thank you Duval Mazda for exceeding my expectations. More
