Wish I could give zero stars but there is no option, the service department didn't do a great job at all, a new 2024 CX-90 went in for an oil service, turns out the radiator has a factory defect and was lea service department didn't do a great job at all, a new 2024 CX-90 went in for an oil service, turns out the radiator has a factory defect and was leaking, the rear hatch was leaking into the cabin over the rainy season and the suspension was squeaking. They sprayed glue over the rear of the car to re-install rear hatch weatherstripping, left a brand new bolt to roll around in the rear of my car (I'm assuming its to fix a TSB for the rear suspension because the suspension is still squeaking), broken or missing clips in the rear trim which is now loose and rattling. The oil service reminder was not reset... so did they actually do an oil service?? Voiced my concerns on their contact page, emailed the service advisor, who said they manager would call me... So I'm still waiting. More
