Your Dealership always has the nicest people. Everyone is always helpful, knowing that the patrons are frustrated and having to have cars repaired. Upon arriving at 10:15 am there were no techs at the desk. Another customer was waiting ahead of us. Those who worked there and passed by said nothing to us. Finally after 5-6 minutes of standing there desk. Another customer was waiting ahead of us. Those who worked there and passed by said nothing to us. Finally after 5-6 minutes of standing there someone helped the person in front of us. Then we were finally assisted. Was supposed to get an oil change and rotate. They could not do the rotation because the key to my wheel lugs was not found in the car. The Daytona dealership was the last to use it and clearly did not put it back. As they were Mazda locks, you’d think they would have a universal key. But no. So odd and disappointing. We will try a new location towards Orlando instead. More
