I find that the people that I deal with every time I have my car service-are the nicest people ever!! I was told that I needed a new battery on my last visit. I don't have family here to help so I purchased it. It cost me over $300 which really hurt me financially and the most part is, that if I felt I could have gone another month with my battery my son in law ,who lives in S, Florida, would have replaced it for free (he works for Advanced Auto) when he comes to visit at Thanksgiving time. I do love the service but for people like myself, the cost can be high. More

Somewhat disappointed in the time it took for service to be completed. With an appointment it took approximately 2.5 hours. However I placed my IPad on the counter to sign the forms and left my Ipad on the be completed. With an appointment it took approximately 2.5 hours. However I placed my IPad on the counter to sign the forms and left my Ipad on the counter. I called the service advisor Brandon Schmidt and he already secured my Ipad. Very thankful to Brandon for that as we all know how often we use our devices for everything! Thank you. More
