Outstanding service, without a catch! Brought my car in for a service recall, which I purchased previously at a dealer out of town. Eric Singer from sales greeted me and walked me through the process of getting registered. Leilani at service got all my paperwork set up. Without even expecting service the same day, they had me in a loaner and told me the car would be ready in a few hours. Within 2 hours I got a phone call that it was ready and had a courtesy wash done as well, they under promised and over delivered. When I got back to pick up my car, Leilani had left but kept everything ready for me to check out quickly. Eric greeted me again before leaving and asked me of everything with the car was done well. Eventhough I didn't buy a car, Eric wanted to make sure that I was happy and would come back again for any needs. The staff truly went above and beyond, when I didn't even expect to be seen the same day. My family will keep coming back as loyal customers, just for the great service from the staff. Wheel bearings replaced We were visiting Florida from Ontario and my husband heard a funny sound. We knew no one in St.Augustine so we phoned Hodges Mazda in Jacksonville. They diagnosed the problem and said the wheel bearing needed to be replaced . They said they had to order the parts but they expected them the next day. I was ready to rent a car but the dealership provide a very nice Mazda for our use. The front desk people were helpful, knowledgeable and kept us informed. Overall a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. More

Aftermarket part installation I had another great experiance with the service department at Hodges. An aftermarket control for muffler control required some complicated wiring, at I had another great experiance with the service department at Hodges. An aftermarket control for muffler control required some complicated wiring, at least for me, so I went to Hodges service to install the part in my Miata. Mark Matthews did a fantastic and very professional installation. He also took some photos to show how the wiring was routed. I will continue to have the car serviced at Hodges. Great group of people to work with. I took my car in to fix a clunk and took the tech on a little ride in the dealer lot and he was able to locate and correct the issue that same day.
