Excellent Service I had my car in for routine service earlier this week and decided to wait until it was ready. Sandy told me how much the work would cost then walked me to the waiting area and showed me where coffee and water were available. While I was sitting there, another one of the showroom employees stopped by to see if I had everything I needed. When the service call was completed Sandy came to where I was sitting to let me know my car was ready. This friendly, accommodating customer service is what you can expect at Duval Mazda. More

Awesome and accommodating customer service I was visiting Amelia Island on vacation-- my car was way overdue for service and , although I know nothing about cars--- at 90000 miles, I suspected I was visiting Amelia Island on vacation-- my car was way overdue for service and , although I know nothing about cars--- at 90000 miles, I suspected it needed a lot done.. I called the evening I was driving to Florida from SC and they got me in the next day. They checked in by phone with me about everything that the car needed , and when it became apparent that it was going to take a while-- and they needed to order a part, they gave me a loaner car. This allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation and still get my car all fixed. I really appreciated this because when I'm at home working-- I never get time to do these tasks. They checked in with me about every item and gave me accurate quotes about cost etc, I even had them detail my car while it was there. I appreciate the entire crew there. Sandy went above and beyond to get everything done for me. My car was returned to me looking better than it had since it was new. The manager on duty when I picked it up went through the who,e list of everything that was done. And answered all of my questions at length. I would absolutely recommend this service department and will likely retun( even though it's 6 hours from my home) More

When I had to speak with others in the service department, they weren't as pleasant as she was. My car is about 13 years old and is nearing replacement. I appreciated that she explained things to me so that I would understand. In my experience with auto service centers, they try to get you to fix/repair things that don't affect drivability or that are not needed. I found with this particular Mazda service center that was not the case. I was informed what was needed, what was recommended and what could be done at a later time. This was the BEST experience I have EVER had with a service center. More
