Sadly, when the 12 volt system on my two day old CX-90 went flat, no one within the service department seemed to be able to explain why. This was particularly surprising, given that the vehicle was on cha went flat, no one within the service department seemed to be able to explain why. This was particularly surprising, given that the vehicle was on charge on our home 7.4 kW EV charger at the time. Furthermore, no one could advise how to unplug the charging lead in order to get the vehicle recovered to the local Mazda dealer. I have also failed to secure an answer as to how I will stop my vehicle from going flat when I return to my primary residence in The UK over the Summer months. More
