This was one of the worst experiences ever at a dealership. A routine maintenance turned to recommendation to install 4 new tires, which were actually and likely needed. With that said, they brok dealership. A routine maintenance turned to recommendation to install 4 new tires, which were actually and likely needed. With that said, they broke on of the tire sensors and could not repair it, they had to replace all four tire sensors to fix the TPMS warning on dash. This took about 5-6 weeks, with only a few updates, we had to keep calling to get updates. Was promised that the car would be cleaned (washed and vacuumed, which did not happen. Disappointed at best.
