Printed document indicated a recommendation to consider tire replacement, but the oil change sticker and video both indicate the tires are well within green. Similar circumstance with my wife's car. My air filter was clean, but recommended replacement. My front end has an issue with the suspension on the passenger side, but this wasn't detected. Hodges recommended my wife get her spark plugs replaced...for $450. Took me 15 minutes to replace 4 plugs for $35. Either the inspection was sloppy, or just outright poorly done...either way, I would never get any actual work performed here. The person I dealt with at the counter treated other employees in a degrading fashion, right in front of me. More

Riley is an absolutely wonderful service writer and is why I specifically asked for him, I can’t say enough great things about his demeanor. He’s someone I feel I can relate to, truly trust and know that if I ever needed any recommendations in the future they would absolutely be anything that’s really important, not just to make an upsell.
