ealership handles their customers. I’ve had my Mazda since February. I brought my car in for an oil change today and was told that my back breaks are a 2 and that I need both back brea I’ve had my Mazda since February. I brought my car in for an oil change today and was told that my back breaks are a 2 and that I need both back breaks and rotors replaced. They quoted me for $600 and then advised that break fluid should be changed every break change. I advised that I just purchased my car in February how could I need rotors and breaks in 6 months. They advised that national average says that breaks need to be changed every 10k miles. I asked if they still had my inspection from when they sold me the car and they said no that their systems had changed so I can’t even confirm what the breaks and rotors looked like. I’m very sad that they would sell a vehicle that would not be safe bc I do not believe that my breaks and rotors would need to be replaced in 6 months. I believe they were in poor condition when they did the inspection and decided not to replace them before they sold the car. I don’t have an issue paying to replace the breaks my issue is that they didn’t replace them when they should have in the first place and now I have to pay a lot of money to fix them. I will be going somewhere else to see if this is actually the case and somewhere that actually cares about their customer and their safety. More
