I made an appointment at 7:30 in the morning because I had a nail in my tire. Turns out that I also needed an oil change. I was able to schedule early in the am, drop off at noon and finished before end had a nail in my tire. Turns out that I also needed an oil change. The service team members were excellent and both shuttle drivers (to and from dealership) were courteous and friendly to talk to. Communication, efficiency and cost were excellent.
