I was told it was still on the lift. I instructed the adviser to bring my car around regardless of whether the service had or had not been completed. My car was returned 15 minutes later by the dealership’s manager after I told him his dealership “sucked”. Worst service experience at a new care dealer ever! If they send you a discount coupon for service, shred it and go somewhere else. Save yourself the grief. More
