Do not hire salesman from the city First and foremost we have bought 5 cars from them and my son just purchased his first car on his own from them as well. Last Saturday 11/10/2018 My father and I went down to look at a car and happened upon one we were not expecting. I took it for e test drive and the salesman asked if he could run the numbers. We said sure. We let him know that we would go home and think about and get back to him. Being he is a young guy from Roseville I texted and left him a voicemail. with our offer which was $500 off the price and $1500 down. He said he talked to his boss and he said no. 4 days later.....4 days later the car just dropped $200!!! So, you can't give any type of deal to a family who has bought 6 cars from you, but 4 days later you'll drop the price on your own??? I honestly think the salesman was thinking about his commission and not the people that live in the community.Very disappointed with Hoblit Dodge in Woodland CA. More
Be aware of the FINANCE DEPT. The experience to purchase my truck was not one of the best. The fincance dept is not honest with you in all of the things in your contract. Look at what you can take off and what your choices are. They make you feel like you have to buy things that you DO NOT. When I got home I found there were things he said he gave me a reduced rate and he just added the difference some where else. He is not honest with you It is your money His name was ALEX. I made a call to the manager the next day and he said that they were going to have a meeting and address the issue. He said he'd call me back and I never heard another word. They rip you off We are on a fixed income and he took advantage of us. He knew it, he knew what our income situation was and he knew we didn't want any thing we didn't feel was necessary. I have never been to a dealership that answers questions without any of the back and forth run around. Every single question I had was answered honest and genuine and I believe that Jacob really works for his customers. I worked many years in service and he is the best of the best and straight to the point. You guys have earned a life long customer as well as my kids when they are ready in a few months. Not really a "Truck Center" more like Truck Lot Bought a used Ram 2500 here. Happy with the price and the service. The hard part is trying to figure out where the actual truck was. Its just a dirt parking lot on the other end of town. After talking with them and getting everything figured out, we had to drive all the way back to the other end of town to complete the transaction. I had something that was going to be fixed on the Due Bill. I was contacted and a service appointment made. I took the truck in and was told I could wait. Dropped off the truck at 10AM. At 1PM, I asked the service desk for an update, since it should not have taken this long. Turns out they still had not even started!! So the work (an alignment) was "completed". There was no change at all in the truck, and the tires were not rotated, and they most likely didn't even do the work. The sales transaction gets 4 stars, the service department gets 1 star. I would recommend it for sales, not service. More
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! We purchased a car with Hoblit over Labor Day weekend in the "new truck center." Now we understand growing pains, etc. However, the sales manager was the worst. His excuses were he had 5 deals all at once on his desk and was a little overwhelmed. We had a blank check in our hand for financing and it still took 5 hours to complete the deal!!! After being totally insulted on our trade-in we walked off the lot, only to be chased down by the sales manager. From there on out it was nothing but a cold shoulder we received from the sales manager. The salesman was just a guy at the mercy of his sales manager with an ego problem. In many ways we regret finishing our purchase. However, we were happy with our choice in vehicle and continued with the sale. After leaving the dealership we noticed that the temporary license was missing from the vehicle, then we received a call "oh we forgot to place it on the vehicle." We asked them to mail it and low and behold, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! Finally a 1 month later the license plates show up. The business office still has not returned our calls we had on the extended warranty. Nearly 1 1/2 months later someone finally answered the phone at the dealership. It amazes me when they want to sell you a vehicle they are blowing your phone/email up. But when the deal is done they do not care if you receive any type of customer service. We have already told everyone we know not to buy a vehicle from this dealership! More

Purchased a new Jeep I dealt with Frank from Hoblit. Pretty easy transaction, gave me a great price. Stay Away We purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 months ago, and the navigation has not worked correctly since, and the dash bezel was out of alignment We purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 months ago, and the navigation has not worked correctly since, and the dash bezel was out of alignment so much that it created a very sharp edge that cut my wife's hand. We were told when we left the dealership that the navigation would auto correct itself after a few hours. It did not. We were then told by the service dept to drive around for up to 2 weeks with "find me" turned on in the navigation and it would work, it did not. I finally researched the web and found this to be a pretty prevalent issue, and then I called Jeep directly. They were very helpful and looked up the car by VIN and told me the software of the navigation unit was recalled, and that the dealer should have fixed it before selling it. It was not. We returned to the dealer and explained what Jeep told us, and what software version they needed. They told us to return at a later date after they retrieved the software to flash the system. We returned at a later date and left the car for a few hours and upon our return we were told that they fried the unit trying to upgrade the software. They said they had to order a whole new radio/navigation unit and trim bezel, which could take up to 3 weeks to get, and in the meantime we had to drive around with a car that had very limited controls for A/C and Heat, since most of that is also controlled by the electronic unit. No radio, no navigation, A/C stuck, and very poor customer service. A few weeks later we received a call that all parts were in and could we drop the car off for repair. We took the car back, dropped off, just returned to pick it up and guess what. Not resolved, and neither the manager or the owner, who were both in at the time, would speak with us. Contacting Jeep to file a complaint as well. More
