Great service!! I came in today to just get a oil change for my car and right away was greeted with how can I help you today. The staff made me feel very welcome! I then walked into the showroom to just kill some time while my car was being worked on. I was then greeted by a salesman that asked me if I needed help finding someone or something and I replied I was just killing time while my car was being worked on. They said that if I needed help with anything to just let them know! Not pushy at all, friendliest dealership around by far! When my car was done, it was cleaned and washed! Things have changed. I bought a car here in the 2000's and had a less than perfect experience. I didn't think I would be back but I wanted to test drive an Accord Hybrid. I bought a car here in the 2000's and had a less than perfect experience. I didn't think I would be back but I wanted to test drive an Accord Hybrid. They had one, and after driving it I thought I would own this car. The salesman, Joe Rubin, was the nicest and friendliest guy to deal with. He answered all my questions and didn't push me into the sale (unlike my previous experience). After some fair negotiating, we struck a deal and I'm driving my new hybrid. More

Mike asked helpful questions to help me and him understand what I was looking for--including a comfortable price range. His questions and knowledge of the cars helped me clarify my options. I never felt pushed or pressured (which I have in the past with other dealers). He was geniunely more interested in getting me into a car that worked for me than selling a car. Helped me through choices and options. I was pretty sure I was going to get a Honda so started at Hinshaws (which turned out to be a much better experience than another Honda dealer I went to in 2010). My plan was to check out the CRV and Crosstour and then go to Subaru to check out the outback and forrester (I've owned Subaru's in the past and like how they handle). Never made to Subaru. Mike was so respectful and down-to-earth, I didn't want to leave and risk a pack of wolves experience someplace else. Left that day with a 4 year old Crosstour at a fair retail price. No driving all-over Seattle and having to spine up against getting hard sell tactics. Just a great experience. Thank you Mike. More
