Walter Hoover answered the phone and answered all of my questions about the car. Upon arrival he had the cars ready to inspect/drive. Walter was very knowledgeable of the cars. After usual "discussion" of the price we agreed and I believe it was a good experience for Hilton Head Lexus and my wife and I. Walter made it easy. Mike Graber was very professional in completing the paperwork. He offered different extended warranty plans but not in a pushy manner. More

DIDN'T make appointment - just walked in and was PLEASANTLY surprised they were able to not only take me in but accommodate my needs AND the check in process was super fast! It took me longer to switch my stuff to loaner car than to get checked in. VERY great service, professional, fast and thorough! Loved the texted update and was updated every step of the way as promised. Max Joseph was amazing! Professional, courteous and explained everything to me with unlimited patience.
