Tells you how much it will cost and will call you if any additional services are needed. Great waiting area and the massage chairs are a plus. Car comes out washed and vacuumed. All transactions are done when you see them in their office. They pull it up in the waiting area when you pick it up. No hassle when you get your vehicle serviced at Hilton Head Lexus. It's clean, friendly and lots of space to do work while waiting. More
