From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by the friendliest sales staff I have ever encountered. This was the second time that I visited Hilton Head BMW, 1 1/2 years in between visits. I looked at the 2013 Lexus and the next day visited HH BMW for the second time, again visiting with Warren Massey. I purchased 2013 750LI. Hilton Head BMW was by far one of the best dealerships I have every worked with. I have bought a number of high end cars over the years and have traveled all over the country to find the right car for the r have every worked with. I contacted Hilton Head BMW in regards to a car I wanted, which only 9 were for sale throughout the entire country, and spoke with Tim Lawrence. Tim was a great representative of BMW. I don’t want to call him a salesman since he never tried to sell me the car. Instead he was very quick and attentive with every question I asked via phone, email, and text. I was basically buying this car sight unseen from sever hundred miles away. Tim provided all the information I requested and then some. When I arrived at BMW the morning of my purchase I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake as if we had known each other for years. The car was in the process of being detailed and Tim walked me through the maintenance shop and back into the detail shop. As I walked through both shops I was greeted with smiles and handshakes from other employees, none of which knew who I was or what I was there for but were all very professional towards me. As we finished up the details and paperwork other employees including the GM had stopped to speak with me and to make sure I didn’t need anything and congratulate me on my purchase. Needless to say this dealership was amazing. These guys do it all and make the whole process seamless. I will definitely send business their way and will also be back when the time comes. More
Dan Ward believes in the mantra " the customer must be satisfied" regardless of the subject matter. As a servicer adviser, he became the intermediary between the service and parts managers regarding th be satisfied" regardless of the subject matter. As a servicer adviser, he became the intermediary between the service and parts managers regarding the repair of my 2000 740il. Based on his prior BMW technical experience, he was able to communicate to me what mechanical and electrical issues had to be addressed before beginning any work. He presented to me the estimated cost of the repairs after speaking with the automotive technicians, Ken the shop foreman and Jason Burns who did an excellent job. Dan Ward demonstrated his professionalism by keeping me informed every time a major issue arose. Lastly, Dan provided me with a loaner car until all the repairs on my automobile were complete which took over one week. The entire team at Hilton Head BMW deserves a five star rating; Dan the service advisor, Ken and Jason the technicians, Donald the parts manager, and last but not least the ever present service manager, Greg.
