Best Service Advisor John Larzus John makes sure my two BMW are serviced correctly! The X3 needed a tailgate light. Recently my carpets were wet!! They needed to to do something with John makes sure my two BMW are serviced correctly! The X3 needed a tailgate light. Recently my carpets were wet!! They needed to to do something with the moonroof to correct the problem! This2012 car has 85,000 miles. John told us today the car is in good shape! In December we replaced our 2011 X5 with a new 2019. We love John and the dealership. Moved here 6 years ago from Pennsylvania. Glad we found John as he knows the product well!!!! More
