I had a very straightforward experience purchasing my BMW. I give all the credit to Isaaca Dobson who was my salesperson. She was concerned, considerate, and caring. We negotiated a 2016 BMW 5 series to pick up the next morning. After everyone had signed the "deal" (including the general manager) and while waiting for the money to be wired, the general manager APPROV morning. After everyone had signed the "deal" (including the general manager) and while waiting for the money to be wired, the general manager APPROVED the sale of said car by another client manager and cancelled our wire transfer. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism left us confused and angry. We expected more from a BMW dealership. More
