When I first leased my truck, I am able to get 2 free oil changes a year. This is my second lease and that’s how my first truck was also. I took my truck up for its second oil change and now I’m being told I changes a year. This is my second lease and that’s how my first truck was also. First of all- I'm getting an automated text to leave a review but I couldn't even get an automated text to tell me that my car was done today. I dropped it off at 8:30 this morning, and picked it up at th review but I couldn't even get an automated text to tell me that my car was done today. I dropped it off at 8:30 this morning, and picked it up at the very end of the day because I was not notified. I had to have two different people drive me over because I was never offered the shuttle. And when I came to pick up and pay, no apology. I'm guessing the two ladies I spoke to on the phone, did not relay the message because their customer service was not good whatsoever. This is the type of thing that makes people stop coming back for business. And this all is after the fact that I attempted to come over yesterday and was also treated rudely because I came when you were closing, but your hours online are completely wrong. Multiple days say open till 8pm. More
