Good Afternoon. We are in receipt of your review for our dealership and both Ed Zalenski and Ed Rodriguez. First and foremost I wish to express my sincere concern for your experience here at Hilltop. As you can see from past reviews, we strive to maintain our customer relations and value both positive and negative feeback to grow in this area. Although I was not a part of your experience here I do wish to convey that we over emphasize to our team here that customer service is #1 always. The True Car website for consumers is causing quite a stir in the car world simply because it advertises purchase prices that are not achievable by ANY dealer far below the costs of the vehicle's themselves. What takes place on the sale level are dealers agreeing to sell you the vehicle for the truecar price and then having to inflate other prices to re-coupe the deficiency. Our dealership does not believe in these practices. We believe in offering fair pricing that is competitive, however not misleading. That being said, I do want to offer to you to feel free to visit our dealership again where we perhaps can learn from this experience together and possibly better explain to you the reasons for certain things.
