I needed one badly for school out-of-state. David was quite consistent in keeping me updated and he was a no-nonsense guy. He patiently answered all my questions and clarified every detail. There was a supply constraint with my vehicle of choice but I was able to acquire one before school starts. Thanks to David! On the day of receiving the vehicle, he clearly explained all features of the car to me and made sure everything is okay. In the finance department, I worked with Tak who is nice and able to explain the math very well. There is no force selling on any items or service which I heard from some other dealership in the city.
