I bought my first car here 2 weeks ago after reading all the positive reviews. I was very nervous about going thru the process, but I was able to get the car I wanted with minimal pain. I found him to be very low key, not pushy at all. That is just what I needed because a more aggressive sales person would have sent me running for the door. They sat me down with the finance guy towards the end of the process, and he tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want, but when I said no, he didn't persist. The only complaint I have is the long waits between various parts of the process and they didn't have our car there when they said they would. Otherwise, I feel like I got a great car for a fair price. Thank you Enrique! More

This is my 4th honda purchased. I buy a new Honda every 4 years. My 1st was purchased in Tarrytown. I decided to try a local honda Dealer and that is where I met Peter Pettito. He not only is knowledgeble, but he knows exactly what I want in a car. He never pushed his sales...he just explains to me all the facts and the car sells itself. He made me feel reassured that I am not forced to buy anything which made me more comfortable to make the next three purchases at Hillside Honda. Whenever I have a question Hillside honda answers right away. Peter is now a manger so when I come he refers me to one of his Sale representatives. This is how I met Mario. He took care of all my needs to ensure the car was complete and ready in less that 1 hour and I drove my brand new car out of the dealership that day. I do love the car, but most of all I love the people who work for Hillside honda. If Pete was not there that day I was making my 2nd purchase I probably would have tried Honda in Brooklyn, but he made my puchase experience one of the best. I was treated like a valued customer, there was no back-and-forth nonsense on the lease terms, and the price was good. Dennis is a real "straight shooter," reminding me of my first salesman at Hillside Honda about 15 years ago. My husband and I originally came to Hillside Honda after a horrible experience at Paragon, and we were satisfied with our experience in the beginning. More recently, however, there were problems and we almost swore we'd never be back. That's before Leann assured us she'd make things right, and introduced us to Dennison. Both Leann and Dennison delivered! I'd also like to commend the new finance manager; she also made the process easy. It appears to be a new day for Hillside Honda. Keep up the good work! More

I have had the pleasure to get my first Vehicle from Hillside honda and now again a new 08 Pilot. I did an enormous amount of research and found Honda to be a better brand. I own other Honda products including a Generator and there is no doubt that they cover everything and is leading the market. I have two kids and safety and reliability is not an accessory at Honda but a standard feature. I first approach Sunny with a million questions trying to separate fact from fiction and he was never too busy to answer no matter how stupid it was. I got a CRV at first and everything worked out as he promised. If I need something done, I will just call him and he points me to the correct direction. Anytime you visit Hillside Honda, ask for him if you need vehicle guidance and don't be afraid to ask about other dealers and Brands. My service experience here is phenomenal. They really take care of your vehicle. Thanks to Vinny and the others in the service department. My recent purchase of a 08 Pilot was also through Sunny who introduce Kyle. Now Kyle is an excellent sales person. He is the kind of person whom you want to to take you through the sales procedure. My previous sales person is not there anymore but I am much happier with Kyle. Now, I don't know how many different sales people you have met and especially from other brand's dealer, but these guys stand by their word. If there is something you don't understand, they will not stop until you do. This is also the same for David in financing/leasing. My overall experience at Hillside Honda was great and I wish they had a higher number than 5 for friendliness and customer service. Whether it be pre sales, the actual sale, Service or post sales and service, Hillside Honda is the dealer for that and as long as I have a Honda, they will be my dealer of choice. More

This dealership is absolutely horrible. The worst experience of my life!! They make you wait a long time. They pump you for the amount you are presently paying to find out how much you can experience of my life!! They make you wait a long time. They quote a price over the phone and then when you arrive at the dealership they give you a totally different deal which is higher than the price quoted over the phone. Anyone reading this site should be careful of the negative reviews. I would not buy a car from this dealership. More
