After dealing with my Chevy dealer 9 years(3 leases)I finally came to my fourth lease. The same lease manager who coughs up the prices at Chevy tried to RIP me off. He refused to negotiate. I finally told him " Why should I and the public have to pay for GM's financial problems. Walked out on them. I thought it over with my wife and decided to get a CRV. I went to one dealer in Nassau. I agreed with a family member afterwards that I should not go to That particular dealer in Nassau who I will rate after this. He tried to rip me off and refused to negotiate stating that I was getting an outstanding price(If he only knew that I know my math). I happened to be in the vicinity of HILLSIDE HONDA. I went in. I was treated like a king. A little negotiating and I got what I wanted at a VERY FAIR price. It was not overkill for me an it was a fair price for the dealer.They have earned the utmost respect from me and my family. Honest and reputable and I pray that they keep up the good work in the community and NOT become crooked like my Chevy dealer after 9 years and 3 leases. MY hats off to Hillside Honda. With my last lease i worked with a fantastic salesperson named Adrian who took his time and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to deliver the vehicle when I needed it on my time not his. Everyone from the manager to the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The service dept.is excellent. Every time i do my scheduled maintenance they go over my car in great detail. They are timely with their appointments and are vvery accomodating.
