Professional and friendly sales associates From the time I walked into the dealership, the customer service was unmatched. Peter K was the first person I met and I couldn't be more impressed. The entire staff was so friendly which made the process pain free. It took about 90 minutes total for me to drive off the lot with my new car but 60 of those 90 minutes was spend dealing with the insurance company. Rude and dismissive I was asked to schedule an appointment based on a Kelley Blue Book offer. Appt set and they called, text and emailed asking to confirm. I did. I arriv I was asked to schedule an appointment based on a Kelley Blue Book offer. Appt set and they called, text and emailed asking to confirm. I did. I arrived and was told by Andris that the service manager was not available and to come back another time. I informed him that they set the appointment not me and that I made a 2 hour round trip from Bklyn. When I asked to speak to the woman who made the appointment I was told she was busy on the phone for over 30 minutes. He ended our no deal conversation with, "Things happen and you will need to come back. I will take your contact info".. which they clearly already had since they just emailed me... again... to thank me for coming in but with no additional information. A waste of time and shady. More
