I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Hillside Auto and 1 day after purchasing I noticed some jerking movements with the car it felt like transmission problems. I tried to return the vehicle and they refused day after purchasing I noticed some jerking movements with the car it felt like transmission problems. I tried to return the vehicle and they refused. They said my car doesn't have transmission problem because if it did the engine light would come on but they allowed me to take it to there mechanic to have it checked out. When I got there. They put it on the computer and it showed no problems I asked the mechanic to drive it and feel what I'm talking about the mechanic noticed the jerking of the car and said to drive it until the light comes on. I drove it for a week it still jerked the light never came on so i took it back the mechanic and they updated the computer for the transmission and it still jerked. I returned to Hillside Auto and spoke with the service manager Aturo and he said we can't fix the problem until we know what it is so you have to keep driving until the check light comes on and he told me I have and extended warranty so no worries. I continue to drive the car through all the jerking 10 months later the car loses power on the George Washington Bridge the transmission went and the check engine light finally came on. I call Hillside Auto they tell me to get it to there shop. I do so and it is the transmission.. NOW THERE SAYING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER THAT IT ONLY COVERS OIL CHANGES. And the warranty I have only last 30days or 1000 miles. I took the car to Nissan and they said it's $4000 for a new transmission.. They said they would take care of me and they did not. I TRIED TO RETURN THE CAR 1 DAY AFTER PURCHASE AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. SO NOW IM SCREWED AND STILL HAVE TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON A LEMON.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING More

Hillside Auto Outlet will try to rip you off *** BEWARE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF *** After I confirmed numerous times the price on of their cars when I sat with to talk #'s they raised th *** BEWARE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF *** After I confirmed numerous times the price on of their cars when I sat with to talk #'s they raised the price $4,000 while I was sitting at the desk. Then when I talked to the owner and questioned his integrity about not honoring his advertised price he said quote "AUTO DEALERS DO NOT HAVE INTEGRITY " If someone tells you they don't have any integrity after they try to rip you off YOU SHOULD RUN OUT OF THEIR OFFICE.
