Purchase of 2005 Jeep Wrangler I had been in the market for a used Jeep for quite some time. My wife found a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited at Jim Knox Chrysler that had all the features a I had been in the market for a used Jeep for quite some time. My wife found a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited at Jim Knox Chrysler that had all the features and options I had been searching for. The vehicle was located approximately 2 hours from my home. After sending an email inquiring about the Jeep, I immediately received a call from Mr. Tyler Colton. I asked him specifics about the Jeep and explained that I was extremely interested in purchasing the Jeep. He personally walked around the vehicle and provided information about the condition of the interior. He gave me an accurate depiction in regards to the condition of the vehicle. His thoroughness in describing the condition of the vehicle, convinced me this with the vehicle for me. He offered to stay late as I had a two hour drive to get to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Colton, he suggested I take the vehicle for a test drive. The vehicle was detailed and was just as he had described. I ultimately purchased the vehicle that same evening. After the test ride, I met Mr. Charlie Holtom, the Business Manager, he conducted the business transaction in a professional and courteous manner. The entire process of test driving and completing the purchase paperwork took less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jim Knox Chrysler. The Dealership is clean, the staff is courteous and professional, and the vehicle was reasonably price. Mr. Tyler Colton was courteous and professional, he provided outstanding service and follow-up. The trip was well worth it and resulted in one of the best buying experiences I have had for a vehicle ever. Our salesman, Tyler Colton, wasn't the "typical sleazy car salesman," he was so laid back and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and went over the features of our vehicle from top to bottom so we wouldn't have to read over the entire manual when we got home. While we were waiting to finalize everything, Jim Knox came over to meet us and asked us about our experience.
