I’ve never had an experience like this at a car dealership. Most the time went. You go to a dealership for a new car. You’re there for hours and then you end up not making a deal. Hillsboro Ford to dealership. Most the time went. You go to a dealership for a new car. You’re there for hours and then you end up not making a deal. Hillsboro Ford took that part out. I was able to pretty much finalize my deal at my home and during work day. I told them what I could afford and they worked with me. We went back and forth negotiating. But finally made a deal. I drove a 1h and 30 minutes to hopefully get a new vehicle. When I got there Gabrielle and Shawn were up front and no xx. This was one the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. oh my last repair job that was a recall from Ford, someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service. It has made me revaluate whether or no someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service.
