I came in for service on my 2022 truck. Tires were not rotated, inflation was supposedly checked but varied by quite a bit, non at the recommended inflation. The lack of telephone communication follow up , is problematic for me. I called multiple time and never had one phone call returned before and after the truck transaction. As with other dealerships, games are played, and when I have to pay a relief veterinarian in order to buy a truck. my time is very important to me. I do not play games, I am very straight forward, it is the cowboy way. I realize some people do not understand my philosophy and try my best not to be a "Karen". The customer is the most important person at my business, I feel it may not be at this current dealership due to lack of time, organization skills or just being overwhelmed by the volume of people. .
