We’ve been looking for a Lexus IS Series. Once we arrive at Hillsborough Auto Mart, we noticed quite a selection of Lexus’s, BMW’s, Mercedes, etc. Without any hassle, we were easily approached with a car lot pamphlet with their vehicle information, prices and daily car specials. After walking through their lot we immediately spotted a 2009 Lexus IS - Pearl White. We decided to speak to their sales specialist (Jonah Amos). The whole paper work process was a breeze. Doing business with Jonah felt like doing business with a friend. During the paper work we were introduced to both owners, one whom actually went out of his way and told us a little about himself, the business and how Hillsborough Auto Mart is practically taking over all dealerships in the entire state of Florida. Did I mention he also gave us a great deal on the vehicle plus warranty coverage? Long story short, I will never buy from another car dealership. After calling to confirm the car I wanted was still in stock, I made the drive from Orlando. I worked with Jonah who is very well-versed on Infiniti products. Once I committed to the purchase, he set us up in his office and took all the necessary information. A few minutes later, he handed us off to Gerry who walked us through the financing. He explained everything very clearly and I feel I got the best possible package. A short time later we were done. A temp tag was on the car and I had all the papers in order. Hillsboro takes care of the DMV and sends out the plate in 2-3 weeks. Our total time from arrival to departure was 90 minutes. I have never had such an easy and pleasurable car-buying experience in my life. If you're looking for a lightly used luxury car, look no further than Hillsboro in Tampa.
