Great Auto Repair Hiller has the best repair department in SE Wisconsin. Dave runs a great group of people and explains everything to the customer. Another Great Recall Appointment! With 13,000 miles, all dealership visits have been due to manufacture defect recalls that needed to be fixed (in no way caused by the dealership). Thi With 13,000 miles, all dealership visits have been due to manufacture defect recalls that needed to be fixed (in no way caused by the dealership). This visit I was quoted an hour, but after 28 minutes the problem was corrected, they did a quick inspection, topped off my washer fluid, billed Ford, and I was back on the road. With Ford ditching their AWD cars, it all but guarantees I'll be off to my next brand soon. Unfortunately, that leaves Hiller with only 2 years (end of my lease) to land rights to sell me another brand - please do! More

I bought it used when I was stationed in Washington state and after 2 months of owning it, I had to replace the transmission so I may be a little paranoid when it comes to the transmission, plus 09 escapes don't have great ratings online, but that's the companies fault, not the dealers. The transmission was acting a little rough so I brought it in to get checked. The are very friendly and welcoming and willing to explain everything to you. They offer rental cars free of charge. Then Aaron called and explained that they didn't find anything, even calling and checking with Ford about the issue. No one likes having to take their car in for service, but as long as I am taking it into them, I feel like I will always be treated with respect and integrity from the staff. Keep up the good work! Poor service department I took my 96 Grand Marquix into Hiller. I got a recall in the mail for the cruise control. I didn't think is was needed but my wife took it in. Tha I took my 96 Grand Marquix into Hiller. I got a recall in the mail for the cruise control. I didn't think is was needed but my wife took it in. Thats right, now the cruise doesn't work. Guy there said it was a coincidence! After 18 years the cruise went the same day you worked on it! Incredible. More
