Hillier Ford has the wrist c.s. ever. When getting the paper work ready they noted that I was married with the co signer my boyfriend and gave me his last name. When I am not married and never asked if I paper work ready they noted that I was married with the co signer my boyfriend and gave me his last name. When I am not married and never asked if I was married. So I had drive back to the dealer to sign the papers again with my name. When I test drove the car I heard a noise I was told the technician would look into it. They said they did not hear anything the car is fine. So after purchasing the car and driving it back home I heard the noise again and took it back. So after having my car for a week they said my car was ready. So after I get there and turning the car on and putting it in drive the noise is still there. I told them I was not taking the car back until the noise was gone. Another week they said the car was ready. So I went back to the dealer and the noise is still there. The owner calls me back and said the noise is normal and there is nothing they can do and they are not putting more money into the car to fix it and request the title back a.s.a.p. So this is the worst experience ever I wasted my time and money plus insurance money on the car and never really had the car because it was at the dealer for now almost three weeks. And now I have to start all over for another car. More
I purchased a vehicle from hiller ford two weeks ago and its been in service ever since. A week ago I got a call from service that it was ready upon arrival, I started the vehicle the noise was still there its been in service ever since. Three days later got a call back that it was ready, it still made the noise. I then spoke to the GM wayne he stated they were gonna take care if it. I went back today and the noise is still there. I spoke to the service manager and he states its normal noise, since when an exhaust leak normal noise. I then stated fine ill take as is but I'm gonna take it to a different shop to get it fix and wayne the GM stated no I'm not putting no more money into the vehicle and stated to give him the title and return the vehicle. How can they do this. Im so upset I don't know what to do. Horrible experience. Horrible service. And to top it off the GM Wayne tells me to erase the bad review I gave then because it makes them, look bad. I couldn't believe He had the nerve to ask me that after they don't want to fix my car. I then contacted the owner jay hiller and told him I was going to take it to another dealer for a second opinion and he refuses because he states his techs did not find nothing wrong so there is nothing wrong I can't believe the unproffesionalism of the entire company. I feel so discriminated, I feel they are not doing nothing because of the color of my skin. This has been the worse experience ever. I would be contacting the BBB tomorrow morning because is completely wrong. More

My wife wand I had a great experience at Hiller Ford. Steve Misher greeted us with kindness, respect, and was willing to listen to us. We came in to order a 2012 F150 Raptor on 01/14/2012 and Steve info Steve Misher greeted us with kindness, respect, and was willing to listen to us. We came in to order a 2012 F150 Raptor on 01/14/2012 and Steve informed us it would be 8 to 10 weeks before the truck would be built and shipped to the dealership. At the end of February my wife and I received a call from Steve telling us our truck came in early and it was ready to be picked up at the end of February. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a car. Everyone at Hiller Ford was super friendly and we will return for future vehicle purchases. More

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade from a car to a truck. We went to Hiller based on the recommendation of another person who purchased their truck at Hiller over a year ago. I was satisfied with the service and trade in value we received with Hiller. My truck was on "E" when I test drove it, and Joe Pierce (our salesman) had it filled full and washed before we left the lot. In reality, a tank of gas isn't much considering we're buying a brand new vehicle from there, but I think it does show the value they see in providing excellent service a first-time visitor. We would recommend this dealership to other truck buyers. More

We appreciated the time Dean spent to discuss the vehicle plus test drives. Dean was a great listener and provided valuable information on the vehicle, which assisted in the selecting vehicle options. With the vehicle specified, the financial goals/negociations went very smooth in order to get the payments to a dollar amount that fit our budget. At vehicle pickup, Craig finished the financial paperwork with us. Again, we enjoyed the experience, and had many laughs during the process. Filling out paperwork is not the most fun activity, but he kept things moving. I dealt with Jeff Inwood on the sale and it couldn't have gone better, my second trip to Hiller had me driving back to Appleton in the 2008 Ranger that I wanted. Nothing but good dealings from start to finish and would recommend Hiller to anyone. More
Jeff Inwood did a great job helping me find my first car. He didnt push me or my dad to buy a certain car.
